The Extra Care Handling add-on fee of $50 applies to cats that are identified as anxious, aggressive, or require additional time and handling for safety and comfort during the grooming session.

This fee covers the extra care, time, and precautions taken by our groomers to ensure a safe and stress-free experience for both your cat and our staff.

Please note:

• The fee may be applied at the groomer’s discretion based on your cat’s behavior during the session.

• The $50 fee will be added on top of the selected grooming package and applied after the service is completed.

• For the well-being of your pet and our team, sessions may be paused or rescheduled if the cat becomes overly distressed or aggressive.

• The Extra Care Handling fee is non-refundable once the service has commenced.

We understand that plans may change, and we do our best to accommodate your schedule. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, please take note of the following:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

• All changes must be made by contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +65 9638 8858.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit (if applicable).

• Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

For hygiene and your cat’s comfort, we kindly request that you provide your own clean towel for grooming sessions. This helps maintain a safe, sanitary environment and prevents cross-contamination between pets. 🧼🐾

Our team also ensures that all tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each session.

All our grooming package prices already include transportation fees — there are no hidden or additional charges. 🚐🐱
