Terms & Conditions – Extra Care Handling Add-On

The Extra Care Handling add-on fee of $50 applies to cats that are identified as anxious, aggressive, or require additional time and handling for safety and comfort during the grooming session.

This fee covers the extra care, time, and precautions taken by our groomers to ensure a safe and stress-minimized experience for both your cat and our staff.

Please note:

• The fee may be applied at the groomer’s discretion based on your cat’s behavior during the session.

• The $50 fee will be added on top of the selected grooming package and applied after the service is completed.

• For the well-being of your pet and our team, sessions may be paused or rescheduled if the cat becomes overly distressed or aggressive.

• The Extra Care Handling fee is non-refundable once the service has commenced.​

You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been accepted. Cancellations or rescheduling can be made within 24 hours. Please contact us directly for any changes.

All prices are inclusive of transportation. No hidden costs.
